Great for so many occasions, from picnics to bridal shows.
3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup white onion, diced
3/4 cup water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/4 cup pimientos, drained, sliced
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Stir together chicken, celery, onion, water chestnuts and pimientos in large bowl. Set aside.
Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir together. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and toss well. Cover and chill before serving.
