<p> 1 cup all-purpose flour</p>
<p>¾ tsp. baking powder</p>
<p>1/8 tsp. salt</p>
<p>1/8 tsp. baking soda</p>
<p>½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature</p>
<p>¾ cup packed golden brown sugar</p>
<p>1 tsp. vanilla extract</p>
<p>1 egg</p>
<p>1 ½ cups white chocolate chips</p>
<p>¾ macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped</p>
<p>¾ cup pecans, coarsely chopped</p>
<p> Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 2 cookie sheets.</p>
<p> Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl.</p>
<p>In separate large bowl beat together butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in dry ingredients, then add in chips and nut.</p>
<p>Drop cookie dough by ¼ cupfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing evenly. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Cool cookies on sheets 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to rack and cool.</p>
<p>Store in airtight container.</p>
<p>Makes 18 large cookies</p>
