A great sauce for grilling chicken or pork.
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup apricot nectar
½ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. grated onion
½ tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. oregano
Dash of hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer
for 20 minutes. Use as baste for grilling or as a condiment.
